河北省循环经济发展与对策研究

进入21世纪以来,河北省随着经济持续快速增长、城市化进程的加快,导致资源和能源短缺,环境污染严重、生态环境恶化进一步加剧。本文通过对河北省循环经济发展状况和存在的问题分析,认为河北省经济可持续发展必须选择以"低消耗,低排放,高效益"为基本特征的新型的工业化的道路——循环经济模式,并提出了发展循环经济对策。

Study on Developing Recycle Economy and Countermeasures in Hebei Province

Since 21st century the resources and energy is in short,the environment is polluted seriously and eco-environment were aggravated further because of increasing economy and rapid urbanization in Hebei province.Though the analysis of recycle economy development condition and existing problems of Hebei province,it is concluded that recycle economy model which is the new industrialization road characterized by lower consume,lower discharge and higher benefit should be afford in sustainable economy development of Hebei province and developing recycle economy countermeasures are given.
