| 摘 要： | 文章在论述素质、素质属性的基础上 ,结合信息产业特点及人才培养目标 ,对信息类本科人才素质要素进行了探讨 ,指出扎实的学科基础、合理的现代知识结构、源于逻辑思维和形象思维统一的不断创新精神和创新能力、团队精神、良好的心理因素及较强的应变能力、懂得做人的道德以及为建设有中国特色的社会主义而勤奋工作是 2 1世纪信息类人才素质的基本要素

| Abstract: | On the base of explaining the talent making and its traits, combining it with the characteristic of information industry and the object of talents training, we discuss the talent making elements of an undergraduate of information. We pointed out that being an undergraduate of information in 21-st century talent must have the basic elements as follows: well-knit subject basis, modern reasonable knowledge configuration emphasizing preponderant field, continual innovation spirits and ability from the union of logistic and visual thought, corperative spirit, excellent mentality and strong ability of meeting an emergency, fine social morality and pleasure to work hard for building socialism of Chinese characteristics. |
