| Abstract: | The concept of the state-owned enterprises is still not defined in theory,and the disagreement about this problem leads to confusion to a certain extent.At the same time,the problem of the emterprises'property rights is still the centre of the reform.Based on the analysis of the state-owned enterprises,the author construes the particular characteristics of the enterprises in China,indicates the key of the reform for the state-owned enterprises. |
