| 摘 要： | 网际图书馆是在传统的文献情报中心基础上,搭建起的信息资源实现共享的异构平台。它的建立,能逐步实现虚拟的资源管理中心、信息资源中心、文献情报中心,实现信息资源利用率大幅提高,使图书馆的服务方式由封闭式转变为开放式,由静态转变为动态,并有效地提高信息传递的及时性、准确性、针对性、完整性和创新性。
