新自由主义经济学的破绽和危害

新自由主义经济学是在继承古典自由主义经济学基础上,强调资本主义自由化、市场化、私有化的各种学派的总称。新自由主义经济学理论上的破绽在于只从效率角度看待产权,否定习俗、传统和共有的社会价值观对财产权力配置的影响和作用。市场万能论否定政府对经济有限干预的必要性。极端个人主义将人等同于动物而忽略人的社会属性。新自由主义经济学的盛行给我国经济带来的危害主要表现在两方面:一是产权改革中国有资产流失和劳动者主人翁地位的弱化。二是个人主义盛行导致机会主义盛行和人们行为短期化。充分体现了新自由主义经济学的片面性和个人主义价值取向。

The Flaw and Harm of the New Liberalist Economics

The new liberalist economics is the total calling of all kinds of school of thoughts which inherit in the classical liberalist economics and emphasizes the capitalist liberalization,the marketability and the privatization.Its theoretical flaw lies in that it only regards the property right from the efficiency angle and negates the influence and function on the deposition of property authority which the custom,tradition and common social values have brought about.The theory that market is all-powerful denies the necessity that the government can intervene the economy to a certain extent.Ultra-individualism equates the human to the animal and neglects human's social attribute.Two kinds of harms have been brought about because the new liberalist economics is being in vogue: First,the erosion of the state-property in the property right reform and the attenuation of worker's host status.Second,the vogue of individualism causes the opportunism to be in vogue and the people's behavior to be short-termed.This has fully manifested that the new liberalist economics has its own one-sidedness and individualistic value orientation.
