| 摘 要： | 春秋战国时期是中国历史上的大转型期。以贤能定身份的官僚俸禄制取代了以血缘定身份的世卿世禄制;以"初税亩"为代表的家庭土地私有制取代了土地王有的井田制;"议事以制"的秘密法被铸之于刑书、刑鼎之上的公开成文法所取代。这一切的发生都与西周末年开始的社会矛盾主体的转移有着不可分割的联系。
