| Abstract: | Teacher has been looked as the engineer of the peoples soul. By the concept, education was looked as a project; teaching was looked as a process of carrying out lesson plans; and students were looked as semi finished products. This has deficiencies that cannot be overcome in industrial times and should be thought over profoundly. |
