| Abstract: | The construction of teachers team of higher school is an important issue that are faced to Higher Education in new age. This article discusses the achievements about the constructions of teachers that made since 30 years＇ China Reform, and talks about how to improve the construction of teachers＇ moral standards and professional level of higher school from teachers themselves in recent years. |
