| 摘 要： | 大学教授的人格具有其学识不可替代的激励和教育作用：当前我国大学教授存在缺乏独立之精神、自由之意志和职业情感等不良人格表现。大学教授不良人格的形成既有历史的原因，又有现实的原因．大学教授人格积极作用的有效发挥需要多方面的努力：应加强社会民主制度建设，树立尊师重教的良好风尚，为教授完美人格的塑造创设有利的社会大环境；政府和大学要加强管理；教授自身也应该加强主体意识的培养并不断提高自律水平。

| Abstract: | Based on the concept of university professors' personality,this paper first explores the features of their personality from the angle of the professional role,and then reveals their undesirable personality by studying the different elements of personality and also analyses the causes for the weaknesses in their personality.In the end,this paper puts forward some suggestions as to how to cultivate an ideal personality for a professor. |
