| 摘 要： | 明清时期的晋商与徽商,由于地域文化及其宗族关系上的差异,形成了不同的企业运营机制。在实践中,他们各自形成了一整套有效率的具有历史适应性的企业制度,但是,二者均没有形成企业制度创新的内在利益冲动,使企业以一种自增强机制蜕变为现代企业制度,最终走向了衰落。通过对其不同企业制度形成的机理及其兴衰的分析,总结出晋商与徽商兴衰的经验教训,对我国正在进行的企业制度建设有启迪作用。

| Abstract: | Because of different local culture and patriarchal clan relationship,Shanxi Provincial Merchant and Anhui Provincial Merchant in the Ming and Qing Dynasties have different enterprise operating mechanism.They respectively formed an effective and adjusting enterprise system.However,both of them did not form internal impulse to innovate enterprise system,and didn't change qualitatively to modern enterprise system on this basis.By analyzing the different operating mechanism,we can draw lessons from their success and failure,and provide references for the enterprise system being constructed in China. |
