“两新”组织发展党员工作面临的问题与对策

“两新”组织发展党员工作是党员队伍建设的重要组成部分。目前，“两新”组织发展党员工作面临着单位之间落差较大、入党积极分子培养教育不理想、党务工作者队伍能力不够等问题。这既是社会发展的新变化在发展党员工作中的具体体现，也有思想认识和工作方法不到位的原因，但更多体现在发展党员工作和“两新”组织自身特点融合不够上。这就要求在组织网络、动力机制、工作方式、教育基础和人才保障等方面上有所创新。

The Problems and Countermeasures to Recruit New Party Members in New Economic and Social Organizations

To recruit new party members in the new economic and social organizations is an important part of building the party membership. There are some problems such as great imbalance in the different units, inapplicable education of the applicants, incapable party servants and so on. It may be the result of the new changes of the social development, superficial understanding and inappropriate work ways,but the key factor is that our work hasn＇t adjusted to the characteristics and requirements of the new economic organizations and the new social organizations. So we must improve our work from primary Party organizations, momentum mechanism, working ways, education of applicants, hu- man resource and other ways.
