| 摘 要： | 我国企业在改制中普遍存在着非制度因素现象,其直接原因是我国改制的背景和特点决定的,其深层原因是源于我国改制过程中的"有限理性"行为。非制度因素作为未经制度化的人的主观意志表达,在许多情况下是一种企业伦理关系,它对企业改制具有正面和负面影响。通过强化企业道德规范准则并与制度有机结合,能为改制提供有效保障。

| Abstract: | The non-system factors exist in the structural reform of enterprises universally in our country.The non-system factors come from the back grounds and features of the reform directly,and come from"the limited reason"conduct during the process of the structural reform.Tht non-system factors express a relationship of enterprise ethics and exert both positive and negative impacts on the structural reform of enterprises .By forcing the moral rule and being combined with the system harmoniously, it will offer an effective guarantee for the structural reform. |
