| 摘 要： | 自威斯特伐利亚和会以后,国际社会开始寻求一种方式,规范国际行为。人们曾经提出了很多建立良好国际秩序的建议和理论,这其中包含美国总统威尔逊的理想主义的国际范式和联合国的“宪章”等。但冷战结束以后,国际关系失去平衡,除霸权主义横行以外,各种变化的因素和力量骤然增加。在这些变化的关系中,大国的角逐成为当今国际秩序的一种主导力量。

| Abstract: | International community has been seeking to construct a new mode to normalize the international behaviors since the Peace of Westphalia.Many suggestions and theories have been put forward for the construction of a better international order,among which Wilson's idealistic international mode and the United Nations Charter are included.However,after the Cold War came to an end,international relations began to lose their balance.In addition to the prevailing hegemonism,various changeable factors and forces are increasing.It is noted that the rivalry among great powers is one of the leading forces that influence the international order. |
