| 摘 要： | 社会和谐是我们党不懈奋斗的目标。在现阶段,充分就业是保持社会和谐的重要支柱之一。由于受人口基数、人口年龄结构等因素的影响,就业问题是我国一个十分迫切和现实的社会问题。充分就业对于实现广泛意义上的社会公正、对于维护社会稳定,从而确保社会的安全运行和健康发展具有重大意义。当前我们应调动一切积极因素,打好就业攻坚战。

| Abstract: | The harmonious society is the aim of our Party,and full employment is one of the pillars for maintaining social harmony.Due to the influence of the population base and the population age structure,employment has become an urgent and practical social problem in China.Full employment is of great significance for realizing social justice,keeping social stability and thus insuring the safe operation and healthy development of society.At present,we must transfer all active factors to resolve the problem of employment. |
