| 摘 要： | 通过对场力作用下的两种聚群模式进行分析对比,得出它们的相似性特征,探索传统聚落布局思路对总部基地规划设计的影响借鉴作用。从基地选址、规划布局、单体设计三个层次总结企业总部基地的设计趋势,包括城市经济核心圈结构对总部基地在城市中定位的作用、聚群中心及主从秩序对园区聚集效应发挥的影响、总部楼内院模式体现核心场所的意义。结果表明,场力作用下的群体设计是有效地发挥企业总部基地的磁力核心效应、形成强大的凝聚力和提高整个园区综合竞争力的最佳方案之一。

| Abstract: | Through contrast analysis of similar characteristics of two cluster architecture modes,reference of traditional settlement layout mode to the advanced business park（ABP） design is investigated.Summarized are the three design trends of ABP in base location,layout mode,headquarters house design,concluding the function of city economic core area to the ABP location,the effect of cluster core and order on the gathering result of ABP,and the effect of courtyard mode on the core place meaning.The ultimate purpose is to advance the magnetic core effect and form the cohesion,so as to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the whole park. |
