| Abstract: | This paper holds the opinion that the small state enterprise plays a significant role which is beyond substitution in the economic development of the region or the county. However, there exist some serious problems such as the irrational industrial structure, the outdated management and the heavy loss on the small state enterprise. It is deepening of reforms, and carrying out the share - holding corperation systems and the mandated management that the problems can be solved. |
