| 摘 要： | 本文论述坚持民族区域自治,巩固和发展社会主义民族关系,是构建海南和谐社会的牢固基础和有力保证;坚持民族区域自治制度必须全面贯彻落实民族区域自治法;海南必须根据党中央的指示精神,制订少数民族事业“十一五”规划,加快民族地区经济社会发展,推动海南和谐社会建设。

| Abstract: | This article discusses that upholding regional national autonomy and strengthening socialism national relations are solid foundation and powerful pledge of constructing harmonious society in Hainan.In order to uphold regional national autonomy,regional national autonomy code must becarried out thoroughly,According to guiding principles of the Party Central Committee,eleventh five-year program for nationality cause must be made to promote economic development in nationality region and the construction of harmonious society in Hainan. |
