| 摘 要： | 治理腐败必须标本兼治, 综合治理,尤其要加大源头治本力度。强化思想教育、强化监督机制、强化干部和财务管理、 强化法制严惩腐败, 乃是源头治腐的“釜底抽薪”之举。只有如此, 才能从源头上根治腐败。
