面向21世纪的福建经济发展与产业结构调整

改革开放２０年来，福建省经济已经基本上完成了从传统农业社会向工业化社会进展的经济发展阶段。如果把福建省和台湾省加以比较，就会发现二者具有大体相同的产业演进轨迹。因此，根据市场经济条件下产业结构演进的一般规律，借鉴台湾省的经验和教训，福建省２１世纪的经济发展战略是：在社会主义市场经济条件下，采取政府引导和市场竞争推动相结合的产业结构成长模式，加速完成工业化发展；通过双重经济发展政策效应，在集约经营的基础上，实现经济持续发展的高速度和高效益。
