| 摘 要： | 电子商务的发展需要诚信体系的有力支撑。经过近十年的发展,我国电子商务信用体系的建设已经初有成效,但同美国等发达国家相比还相差甚远。本文通过对我国电子商务信用体系的现状进行具体的分析,并提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | The development of EB needs the powerful backup of credit system.With the development of the latest 10 years,China has got some achievements in her credit system building,but still falls greatly behind USA and other advanced countries.Through careful analyses of China＇s present credit system,this paper tries to make some countermeasures. |
