| 摘 要： | 农民专业合作社是介于企业法人与社团法人之间的特殊形态的法人。农民专业合作社法人治理结构遵循了法人治理结构的一般原则,是从我国现有农民专业合作社的发展阶段以及发展水平出发、综合考虑农民专业合作社的特征而建立起来的。
