摘    要:教学督导作为高校教学质量保障体系的重要组成部分 ,在规范教学管理 ,推进教学改革 ,提高教师素质和稳定教学质量等方面发挥了重要作用。高等教育教学改革的深入 ,推动了督导理念与模式的创新 ,从而使督导内涵更加丰富 ,督导水平不断提升 ,督导作用得到充分发挥。

Abstract:Teaching supervision, as an important part of teaching quality guarantee system of collegesand universities, plays a very important role in regulating teaching management, advancing teaching reform, improving teachers' quality and stabilizing teaching quality and so on. A thorough teaching reform of higher education promotes the innovation of supervision concept and pattern, enriches the implication of supervision, improves the standard of supervision, and brings supervision into full play.
