| 摘 要： | 明确概念是进行伦理管理研究的逻辑基础。伦理管理作为一种多样态存在的管理模式,对其界定需要明晰管理母本特性参数对其特性的基础性决定机理。在此基础上逻辑地界定出伦理管理的多重涵义,确证伦理管理概念不是一个精致的单体概念,而是一个三维的集合体概念的属性。

| Abstract: | Confirmed concept is the logic foundation of ethical management research.Ethical management as a diverse state management mode,its definition should be clear about the basic decision mechanism of management maternal characteristic parameters in the role of its properties.The logical defined multiple meanings of ethical management on that basis,confirming the concept of ethical management is not a delicate monomer concept,but an attribute of three-dimensional aggregation concept. |
