| 摘 要： | 法律不仅依据不同的人性基础而制定,而且所指向的人生境界也不同。民法以利己为基础,指向功利境界;社会保障法以利他为基础,指向道德境界;环境保护法以利万物为基础,指向天地境界。对法律人性基础和人生境界的领悟与体认,能让我们更好的理解法律及法律中人的行为,以促进我们人生境界的不断提升。

| Abstract: | The law is formulated according to different standards of humanity,but different laws have different realm of life respectively.Civil Law mainly takes self-interest as human standard,pointing to utilitarian state.Social Security Law takes altruism as human standard,pointing to morality state.Environmental Protection Law is mainly based on human standard of benefiting all things,pointing to world realm.This is the life moral realm which the law contained in itself.Understanding and realizing the basis of humanity and life realm,we can comprehend the law and the person’s behavior better,and promote our moral realm of life. |
