摘    要:股票期权与限制性股票是我国上市公司股权激励的两种主要形式,它们在授予(行权)价格、解锁期、授予数量、收益与风险大小上存在差别。经过比较分析认为,股票期权适合处于成长初期或扩张期的企业,限制性股票则更适合已迈入成熟阶段的大型企业。

Abstract:Stock options and restricted stock are the two major forms of the Implement of Esop in the Listed Company of China.They differ in awarded(vesting) price,unlock period,awarded quantity and return and risk.It was found through analysis that stock options suit for developing enterprises which have good prospects and that restricted stock is more suitable for large enterprises.
