| 摘 要： | 在中国近代史学的发展过程中，实证主义的历史认识论及其方法论，成为新史学建设的理论基石。本文以实证主义在中国的传播为线索，分析了实证主义由最初的科学方法论向后来的泛科学主义转化的具体过程，并阐述了这种转化对新史学学科建设的深刻影响。
