| 摘 要： | 国际技术转让是发展国民经济、提高科技水平的捷径。中国已加入WTO ,中国的国际贸易会得到更进一步的发展。但是 ,中国在国际技术转让中的知识产权保护方面存在一些问题和不足。作者通过对国际技术转让中知识产权保护的立法情况 ,重点分析了中国在专利、植物新品种、著作权、商标等方面立法上和实践当中存在的问题 ,提出了一些对策和建议

| Abstract: | International technology transfers is a shortcut to develop national economy and upgrade technology. With the TWO entry of China, its international trade will further develop. In the international technology transfers, however, there are some problems and deficiencies about protection of knowledge property right. This paper, through analyzing the current legislative situations of protection of knowledge property right in international technology transfers, emphatically studies those problems existing legislatively and practically in patent, new strains of plants, property in works, trademark, and so on, and raises some ponderations and proposals. |
