死亡与救赎是日本当代作家吉本芭娜娜和村上春树文学作品中的一个重要主题。他们的代表作《厨房》与《挪威的森林》成功地塑造了经历了失落、失去,并最终成熟、坚强起来的人物形象。这两篇看似"恋爱小说",但其实均讲述了成长的故事,可以看作"成长小说"。本文在论证了两篇小说之所以可以称作"成长小说"的基础上,得出两篇小说在体现"成长"上的不同表现形式。

Death and salvation and an important theme of the literature of Japanese contemporary writers Banana Yoshimoto and Haruki murakami.Their representative works Kitchen and Norwegian Wood successfully portray the people who experience loss,and finally become mature and strong.They can be considered as the stories of initiation.These two novels describe different form of growth on the basis that they can be considered as two novels of initiation.
