Some Thoughts on Improving the Rural Medical and Health Care System in Terms of Harmonious Countryside

The Fifth Plenary Conference of Sixteenth Central Committee of the CPC put emphasis on the issue of people’s livelihood,especially the farmers’ livelihood;therefore to improve the rural medical and health care system,strive to develop the rural medical and health care cause are of great significance for improving farmers’ health standard,solving the issue of farmers’ livelihood and facilitating the construction of harmonious society.To explore the effective measures and countermeasures for the construction of the rural medical and health care system is an important content and a powerful guarantee for realizing the coordinated development of urban and rural areas and constructing the rural well-off society.
