| 摘 要： | 中国历史上固有的潜规则与腐败相互伴生,对腐败行为有着很大的催生作用,欲消灭腐败,必须同时消灭腐败所存身和运作的潜规则,这也是对我党开展反腐倡廉建设所作的一个新的尝试。从政治性、经济性、文化性三方面的原因分析可以加强对腐败的防范。

| Abstract: | In history of China,hidden rules have been accompanying,and at the same time,breeding corruption.To eliminate corruption,it is necessary to abolish hidden rules first,which is also a new attempt in the anti-corruption drive of the Party work style.The analysis of the causes of hidden rules is helpful to strengthen the prevention of corruption. |
