中国企业的可社会性变迁及其社会履责机制再造

经济学、伦理学阐述企业社会责任的基本理论即所谓利益相关方理论和三重底线理论等,这些理论没有引导企业把社会责任从自身经营目标的外部关联转移到内部需求上来。社会学从人的竞合关系视野提出可社会性观点,对企业社会责任作了结构化阐释。应用这种观点对中国三类百强企业和一部分中小企业社会责任实践进行分析,明确中国企业履行社会责任,除了增强其"自我理解"外,必须先从强化企业可社会性的方向入手,并进一步拓展促进中国企业社会履责机制再造的基本途径。

Changes of being able to have Sociality and Rebuilding the Social Responsibility Performing Mechanism in Chinese Enterprises

Economics,ethics elaborated the basic theory of enterprise’s social responsibility,that is,the so-called stakeholder theory and the triple bottom lines theory,but these theories do not guide enterprises to transfer their social responsibility from the external association of their own business objectives to internal demand.Sociology proposed the view point of sociality from the perspective of people’s competitive and cooperative relationship,made structural interpretation to enterprise’s social responsibility.Applying this understanding analyzed the practice of social responsibility in three kinds of China’s top 100 enterprises as well as part of small and medium enterprises,and concluded that for the Chinese enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility,they should enhance their "self-understanding" and must start from strengthening the sociality of enterprises,further expand the basic approach for the Chinese enterprises to promote the reconstruction of fulfilling social responsibility mechanism.
