论苏格拉底式教学法及在法理学教学中的应用

摘    要:苏格拉底式教学法从师生的平等关系出发,通过教师的“助产”技艺而达到除蔽的效果。在法理学教学中,适当引入这一教学法不仅有助于引导学生独立思考,培养其法律思维能力及提升法科学生的人文素养,而且也有助于对学生的成绩测评并反馈教师的教学效果。运用这一教学法时,要改革法理学的课程设置,有适当的教学班与教学课时,适时引导学生阅读经典并不断提高教师自身“为”与“不为”的技艺。

Abstract:The Socratic method involves an equal relationship "midwifery" by teachers to lead students to a sound conclusion between the teacher and the student and the use of In the teaching of the law, the Socratic method leads students to meditate independently, develop their legal thinking abilities and reflect on teaching results. When applied in teaching, the Socratic method not only requires course setting reforms, fewer students and applicable class hours, but also requires students to read classical books and teachers toimprove their teaching abilities.
