| 摘 要： | 在以市场经济为导向的股权分置改革和企业文化变迁中,中国企业的公司治理与理财将面临新的问题。特别是股权分置改革全面推开后,控制权市场将发生很大的变化。探索控制权的科学安排与有效配置,对于实现社会资源的配置优化并提升公司绩效具有重要意义。
