| 摘 要： | 词语与社会共变,作为社会用语的楼盘名称随着房产市场的兴起也在不断创新。其中表示楼盘属性的通名变化更大,从新词的出现和词义的变化折射出楼盘通名所蕴含的深厚的历史文化、独特的上海城市文化、兼容并蓄的海派文化以及现代人所追求的居住理念,洋溢着浓郁的现代人居文化的精神。

| Abstract: | Words and expressions will change with the advancement of society. Meanwhile the naming of the residential buildings as social phraseology will constandy present new trends with peoples taste in real estate market. The ever - coming terms and the change of the meaning reflect the profound historical culture, the peculiar urban culture in Shanghai, the all - inclusive overseas culture and the concept for modern men's life which are deeply rooted in the naming of the residential buildings. |
