| 摘 要： | 从哲学维度讲，和谐指事物对立面之间的相适应、相协调、相促进的关系，也指事物协调、均衡、有序的发展状态。社会和谐指社会共同体内在各要素处于一种相互协调、相互促进的状态。构建社会主义和谐社会的本质和基本内涵，是由人在社会中的主体地位、人的社会关系总和的本质、人民群众在社会发展中的决定作用、人和自然的矛盾性存在、社会发展的普遍规律等因素决定的。

Social harmony refers to the atate those intrinsic elements in the society Community in a mutual coordination and mutual promotion. |
