| 摘 要： | 将目的基因ＨＰＶ１６（湖北株）Ｅ７ 和逆转录病毒载体ｐＬＸＳＮ 采用平端－ 粘端连接在体外进行重组，经过筛选后获得阳性重组体－ 该重组体的鉴定采用双酶切和ＰＣＲ，结果表明重组体构建正确，命名为ｐＬ（Ｅ７ － ＨＢ）ＳＮ
