| 摘 要： | 本文在分析大型公益建设项目管理现状的基础上,构建大型公益建设项目集成管理的系统模型,将项目管理的三维结构体系和项目环境进行综合研究,在大型公益建设项目整体目标和整个系统最优化的前提下,根据系统工程理论和战略管理理论,形成由时间维——项目全寿命周期过程集成、逻辑维——项目管理要素集成、知识维——项目管理知识和技术的三维系统,以及由项目内外环境要素共同形成的大型公益建设项目管理空间结构理论.

| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing the status quo of large commonweal projects,this paper constructs a system mode and gives comprehensive researches of structures and environment of the projects.According to system engineering,theory and strategy management theory,three-dimensioned system is formed including time,logic and knowledge as well as space structure made up of inner and outer environment of the projects. |
