| 摘 要： | 法官在“依法治国” ,实现法制中举足轻重。本文针对法官应具备的思想业务素质 ,指出在我国现有法官队伍中存在“素质低下”的现象 ,分析造成这种现象的原因 ,提出了改进措施。文章结合现实对如何提高法官素质作了深层次思考
