Public library provides a range of services for the public to learn and it has responsibility to meet reading requirements of its readers.Facing current reading crisis,public library,in order to improve its service,should give full play to its particular social educational function and offer multiple services.In order to offer effective reading guidance to the readers,the librarians have to pay attention to knowledge updating and improve own qualities.
