环渤海区域物流国际合作研究

环渤海地区目前所面临的竞争十分激烈,加快这一地区的区域物流国际合作研究具有十分重要的意义。由于这一地区临近日韩东北亚经济圈,距离东北和华北也十分近,因此具有十分优越的物流优势,这些优势表现在:首先,具有地理资源优势,其次,具有交通优势,第三政策扶持优势,第四,辐射优势。但是,这一地区的物流发展却存在一些障碍,一个是区域性国际经济合作的结构性障碍,另一个是区域内经济合作开展不充分。为了解决这一问题,应该采取加强海港和空港物流合作,发展大型国际物流企业集团,加强基础性物流合作,加强发展区域物流措施的交流等措施。

Pan-Bohai Eco-circle is facing intense competition,it is very important to speed up the region's Regional Logistics international cooperative research.on the areas near Japan and South Korea.Because the northeast Asian economic circle,from the Northeast and North China is also very near,it is very superior advantages in logistics,these advantages in the following ways: the advantages in geographical resources,the advantages in transportation and the advantage because of policy support,fourth,radiation advantage.However,the development of the logistics industry in this region has some obstacles.One is a structural obstacle in the regional and international economic cooperation,the other is not fully carried out in the regional economic cooperation.In order to solve this problem,the recommendations should be taken to strengthen cooperation in the harbor and airport logistics,development of large-scale international logistics enterprise groups,and strengthen cooperation in the basic logistics,and strengthening exchanges in the development of regional logistics measures and other measures.
