建设政治文明特别是发展社会主义民主政治目标的提出,必将对我国全面建设小康社会的伟大实践产生深远影响。由于我国历史上民主政治资源不足,致使国人在对民主政治的理解上存在偏差。为此,应从公意政治、法治政治以及责任政治三位一体统一的视角对民主政治的本质和特征进行反思,以期达到对国民民主政治观念的澄清,推动我国社会主义民主政治建设实践。

On the Building of Trinitarian Democratic Politics

The proposal of building political civilization,especially the proposal of the object of developing socialist democratic politics is bound to exert great influence on our noble cause of building an overall well-off society.Due to the inadequacy of the resources of democratic politics in our history,there are some errors in our understanding of democratic politics.Therefore,reflections should be given with regard to the perspective of trinitarian unity covering politics representing public will,politics under the rule of law and responsibility politics,in order that people's understanding about the conception of democratic politics could be clarified so as to promote the practice of building our socialist democratic politics.
