论中国共产党党内监督制度的建立

中国共产党党内监督制度的建立经过了长期探索的过程。1927年,中共“五大”选举产生了党的第一届中央监察委员会。同年6月,《中国共产党第三次修正章程决案》初步规定了党内监督制度的基本框架。1928年,中共“六大”建立了“中央审查委员会”。1933年,中共中央决定建立中央党务委员会和省县监察委员会。1945年,中共“七大”决定成立党的中央监察委员会及各地方党的监察委员会。1949年11月,中共中央决定成立党的各级纪律检查委员会,中国共产党党内监督制度在全国建立起来了。

The supervision system establishment of Communist Party of China

It took a long process of search for the Communist Party of China to establish the supervision system.In 1927,the Fifth National Congress of the Communist Party elected the party’s first central supervisory committee.In June,the Resolution for the Third Revised Constitution of the Communist Party of China provides the basic framework of inner-party supervision system.In 1928,the Six National Congress of CPC established central review committee.In 1933,the central committee of CCP decided to set up a party affairs committee and a supervisory commission for province and county.In 1945,the Seventh National Congress of CPC decided to set up the party’s supervisory committee at central and local levels.In November 1949,the central committee of the CCP decided to set up the party’s discipline inspection commission at various levels.Henceforth inner-party supervision system of the Communist Party of China has been set up across the country.
