| Abstract: | There is an urgent need for normal vocational and technical colleges to strengthen the construction of teachers in order to guarantee the quality of vocational teacher＇s education and training.The paper discusses the problem of how to form the professional contingent and optimize the teacher contingent by adopting various methods and enhancing the professional quality and ability of teachers.The paper believes that the success of the teacher＇s construction depends on the guarantee of system,i.e.the management of the government and the colleges. |
