摘    要:大量的研究证明,工作压力对组织有着举足轻重的影响。工作压力不仅影响组织中个体的身心健康,更是影响组织环境、组织绩效的根源。它涣散组织的内聚力,增加人员的流动性,提高人力资源成本。组织可以通过消除压力的来源、改变员工的不良认知,提供社会支持等策略降低或消除工作压力对组织的负面影响,使组织健康发展。

Abstract:It has been proved by large numbers of studies that work stress has a pivotal influence on organizations. Under work stress, individual people in organizations are not only influenced in physiology but also in psychology. Besides, work stress is the root source to influence organizational environment and collective efficacy. It reduces the cohesion of organization, makes higher personnel fluidity, and enhances the burden of human resources cost. For an organization, the adverse effect of work stress on it can be reduced or eradicated through such strategies as eliminating source of work stress, changing the personnel's wrong perception, and providing related social support to make the organization develop healthily.
