| 摘 要： | 萨特的自由在很多方面都带有康德的影子，是对康德自由的继承和发挥。但是康德的自由在更多层面上是形而上学的，仅仅限于精神层面的自由实践，属于知识论和认识论范畴；而萨特的自由是存在本体论意义上的，他不仅要实现人精神上的自由，而且把这种自由观付诸于现实的实践活动，实现存在的自由。萨特的自由之路始终是与艺术和生活紧密联系的，由此实现的自由才能真正体现人的生存价值。这是康德美学上的自由所不具备的。

| Abstract: | Sartre inherits and develops aesthetic freedom of Kant, hut Kant＇s freedom is metaphysical and is immaterial practice, only belongs to intellectual and epistemological category. Sartre＇s freedom is ontological. He not only tries to realize psychic freedom, hut also puts it to practical action to realize the freedom of Being. His road to freedom always relates to act and life closely. Sartre thinks this freedom embodies the value of the personal being indeed. It is the most different of Same and Kant. |
