关于违纪学生处理和教育引导的实践与思考

摘    要:高校违纪的人数虽然只占学生总数的很少一部分,但违纪事件在校内甚至在社会上所造成的危害和影响不可低估,它将干扰学校的正常的教学秩序,成为高校不安定因素。对违纪学生进行必要的处理和教育,是约束学生不良行为的有效办法。在违纪学生的处理和教育引导工作中一、处理前重视两个过程,把握违纪事实上的准确性。二、处理中重视行为评价,确保“量刑”上的合理性。三、处理后坚持以人为本,注重教育与引导上的实效性。

Abstract:The university students who violate the discipline only take up a small portion of all, but they have caused serious consequences in universities and society. They interfere in normal teaching order and become unstable factors of universities. Rendering disciplinary punishment to those students is an effective way to restrain them. In educating and guiding those students, one should find out the facts, make sure of the reasonable "measurement of penalty" and seek the actual effects of education and guidance.
