| 摘 要： | 加强师德建设对于学生的成长,对于国家的前途和命运有着重要的影响。文章认为,建立师德建设的长效机制,应该从师德建设的领导机制、培训机制、组织机制、调控机制、评价监督机制入手,这些机制对师德建设工作起着决定性的作用。
