| 摘 要： | 高校扩招的效果是多方面的,其中对学校教育资源的优化配置也有重要意义。教育资源是指用于教育的人力、物力和财力的总和。教育资源优化配置是指合理的配备人力和物力。高校扩招有利于提高高等教育人力资源和物力资源利用效率,为高校适度规模的形成创造有利条件。

| Abstract: | The effect of enlarging enrollment of university is many-faced, and it has significance to the distribution of educational resources of university. Educational resources refers to the total of manual labor,material resources and financial resources. The distribution of educational resources is to arrange manual labor and material resources well. Enlarging enrollment of university is benefit for utilization ratio of manual labor, material resources, and also for establishing of moderate scale. |
