摘    要:化消费的增长,是人类需求层次上升的结果。发展化消费是全面提高国民素质,促进社会进步和发展的重要手段。针对我国化消费的现状,发展化消费应从多方面努力:加快化产业化进程;培育和完善化市场;不断提高消费的化消费力;加强化消费的硬件设施建设,开展多种形式的基层群众化活动。

Abstract:The increase of cultural consumption is the result of man's increasing needs. Developing cultural consumption is a major means of improving the national qualities and promoting social progress and development. With regard to the present situations of China's cultural consumption, people should make efforts in many ways to develop cultural consumption. For example, quickening the process of cultural industrialization, cultivating and perfecting cultural market, constantly increasing consumers' power of cultural consumption, strengthening the construction of necessary facilities, and launching different forms of mass cultural activities at the grass-root level.
