农民工市民化层次性解读及其现实启示

农民工市民化不只是居住、生活空间的城市化，也不只是户口的文本化，而是一个由物质上贫瘠走向丰裕、从小农文化意识为主走向现代城市文明为主、从政治权力边缘化到包括政治权利在内的各项权益得以逐步满足以及心理上从对城市排斥转变到主动接受、喜爱并融入城市的“四位一体”变迁过程。由于农民工自身素质的差异、所处社会环境的不同及农民工市民化需求的层次性、复杂性，决定了其市民化进程中利益诉求的多样性、转化程度的层次性、转化道路的差异性，决定了农民工市民化绝不是一项轻而易举、一朝一夕的事情，而是一项渐进的、分阶段的、复杂的、艰巨的综合系统工程。

Hierarchical Interpretation for Urbanization of Migrant Workers and Its Revelation

The urbanization of migrant workers is not only the change of their living place and their residence registration booklet, but a comprehensive change from being materially poor to well-off, from small farmer-based towards a modern industrial civilization-awareness, from political power being marginalized to diverse rights gradu- ally satisfied, and from refusing city to accepting it, liking it and integrating into it initiatively in psychology. Due to four conditions above, the diversity of the migrant workers ＇ demand and stratification of urbanization, the course of the urbanization of migrant workers is by no means smooth, but a gradual, phased, complex, arduous integrated system.
